    I tried to unsubscribe to receiving emails regarding notification from forum posts. The option doesn't work.
    I don't wish to receive any emails regarding server changing rates.

    those are forum e-mails not subscriptions and you can add any e-mail address to ignore list. Yahoo has this option afterall
