Donation refund not processed

I requested a donation refund on the 31st of August, and I still have not received my equipment refund. I have sent about 1 email every week asking what is happening, but recently have not had any reply.

In my email I included all relevant payment information and screenshots of every item I had from before the update.

Is there any particular reason why my donation (it was quite large, about 150EUR) has still not been refunded?

 

Oh ok. Yeah that's fine, I just wanted to know. I don't mind waiting, I've got quite a few other things to do at the moment anyway.

 

hi ady, im also wondering if im included in that 4 players youve mentioned. I already sent my request for quite sometime. but, im glad if youll fix the instability of the server first than play, then in the long run the game keeps on crashing. Cheers.

 

It's been a few days since the fix, but I can't see any news updates. Any word on refunds?

 

It's been close to a month now. Is there any word on when the ancient+exc sets will be working again? I've got an exc GD set for now, but if somebody could tell me if there are any updates to the situation, that would be nice.

 

Hmm I guess I forgot to say the rest was refunded. Weapon and rings etc are all fine now.

And yeah I don't need it to stop dying, the ancient is more just useful to help do damage faster while levelling.

 

It's been 2 months now and I guess the coder still isn't back? This is really poor communication, you know.
