We are pleased to announce that the forum migration has completed and as you may notice everything is a lot faster and smoother now. Currently some direct links following the old url may not work but fear not as we are redirecting all the trafic to the new platform. Also, thanks to the new forum software we are now able to use the cross-site login technology and split our forums for each gameserver that we host while still sharing the same database. Simply use your personal login credentials and you will be automatically signed into the new forums. A few words... XenForo XenForo is the newest professional forum software on the market. It was designed by former vBulletin developers, so you will find many features familiar. Those who were with us during the UBB era will also be pleased to see the return of a “Conversation” feature, which will replace vBulletin’s private messages. There are also some elements of social networking incorporated: for instance, all posts can be “liked” (as in Facebook), user profiles look similar to Facebook profile pages, and it is possible to “follow” your favorite users (ala Twitter). Nevertheless, despite some differences, I think that you will find that the feel of the software is very similar to vBulletin. What’s Next? During the next few days we are going to work on redirecting all the traffic from our old forum links to the new one, implementing a new and optimized cache system, fix some of the custom usergroups permissions, create a new prefix thread system together with direct forms that are going to be used for ingame players reports and some additional features that we are sure everyone is going to enjoy. Anticipated Challenges 1. Users that have registered multiple accounts on our previous forum platform have been merged as Xenforo doesn't accept multiple email addresses attached to a single account. If you created more than one forum account using the same email address and you cannot login, make sure to fill your email address instead of the name. 2. Commas are not allowed in usernames. If your username had a comma in it type your nickname excluding commas or simply contact us. 3. Some of our members avatars may look a bit blurry due to new storing system and better quality that XenForo provides. Simply reupload your custom avatar and a high quality image will be placed instead. Gravatar account users may also import their custom avatars directly. Thank you for your patience whilst this work was carried out!
