Winner Take All Pk Tournament Event

Proposition:
I will be hosting a winner take all pk tournament event right after CS this Sunday. This I hope will be something that we can do for fun every week.

Mechanics:
An entrance fee of 30 jewels is needed to participate in this event.
(We can increase the number of jewels if the first dry run this Sunday is successful)
As the name of the event suggests, the ultimate winner of this event will collect all the jewels in the pot. The bigger the number of players that participates in this event means there will be a bigger pot.
For example:
10 players decides to join, each player hands in 30 jewels to me, in simple math that would be
10 X 30 = 300 jewels to the ultimate winner

** As you can see this is an easy way of getting jewels if you're really good at pking **

Who will be holding the jewels?
That person would be me, if you don't trust me with the jewels then simply do not join.

How will the fights be chosen?
I will choose the fights randomly.

How many rounds per fight?
I'm still contemplating whether to make it Best of 2 or just a single fight. (input here will be appreciated)

Are we allowed to Party during the event to boost up our HP?
Yes, but you will have to party with ME, this way I will know if each player has full HP and is ready to fight.

Are we allowed to wear our own Set/Armor/Weapons?
of course NOT, this is to be fair for the players who doesn't have Full Option Set/s. Rings and Pendants are allowed tho ^^ ( cuz really i have no way of knowing if you guys are wearing it LOL ). I'm thinking of getting every participant naked and having a particular regular weapon to wield.

** Full cooperation is asked for every participant and expectator during this time
** An Admin assistance will be greatly appreciated as well

@LeftyFlip - I will be the jewel keeper, this agenda is out in the open, no one would be foolish enough to pull a scam. Admins can easily ban me if i decided to do so ^^

@DirTysnchZ - Yes, I hope a lot will participate. Even 5-7 players is ok to start with but I know this will grow exponentially in time.

 

if he has fo pendant and rings...how can u see if is not wearing them ?

 

@King - I have no way of knowing that, thats why it's allowed ^^..3 measly FO wouldnt hurt you that bad compared to a full FO set

 

wouldnt this event be much better organized by an admin?

they could use global chat and more ppl would trust them with the jwls?

 

that would be ideal - but I don't see anyone stepping to the plate..I just took the initiative to do so...this can be something that we can do ourselves without relying to admin's as much

and about the trust issue - i clearly stated that if you're not comfortable with me handling the jewels is you can simply not join ^^...you're not being forced to do so

But hey please if an Admin is willing why not, this will allow myself to participate in the event and actually get something if i win

hmmnn.. pretty good suggestion of an event..
but are there any categories here?? or this is open to all characters???
What I mean is ELF, BK, SM.. and so on..
They should be categorized by class..

 

this would be open to all characters - previous PK events hosted by Admins before were not class-specific...if we have to categorize this event by class that would mean fewer jewels to win

 

.. don't worry though, FO rings DONT WORK on regular server, only at lorendeep.

 

We had this Tournament, the fee was considerably smaller, but it is not as easy as you guys think. Pretty hard to organize and keep track of all the players. And ofc it's hard to keep them all happy!
And probably the best location for it would be in Loren Deep. And there is the class thingy, for it to be fair you would have to organize the first matches based on the player classes.

Enough of this, it's giving me a headache when i think of all the details!

The event is awesome, but damn hard to organize!
